Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant the product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product you purchase is not as described on the site, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the Item List Price displayed for products on our site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. The Item List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any day.

For certain items that are sold by weight, the List Price will represent prices based on the weight of the item selected and placed in an online shopping cart and means the final price charged may vary based on the actual weight of the product shopped. Sale items may reflect the product’s current sale price and product savings will be noted.

For items sold by Chakra2Go.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until your order is shopped; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has been shopped. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our online store may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion and without liability, contact you for instructions before completing your order and notify you of any higher price variances, except weighted items.

Online prices reflect the sale price of an item when the order is placed AND for the current week’s sale period, not when the order is scheduled for delivery or pick-up. Sale prices cannot be “locked-in” by ordering before the sale ends unless the order is shopped AND delivered or picked up before the sale end date.

For products that are priced by weight, your shopper will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. You will be billed only for the actual amount of product selected. Consequently, the total dollar amount of your order may vary slightly.

Pricing in Overseas Currencies

For products priced in a currency other than Sri Lankan Rupees, is inclusive of all and any exchange rate variations, overseas bank charges, payment gateway commissions, credit card processing fees, and any applicable taxes.

Payments

Conveniently pay for your shopping items by Credit Card, Debit Card online at the checkout counter or, choose to pay Cash on Delivery. Some large orders may be subject to bank deposits before shipping.

Delivery

We deliver to both residents and businesses in Wellawatte and surrounding areas in Colombo south and vicinity. Please see the delivery chart for applicable fees.

We make every effort to call you 15 minutes before delivery and will let you know we are on our way. Someone must be present to receive the order at the gates or the main entrance of your apartment building on the ground floor. Due to the prevailing (COVID-19) situations, we are unable to bring your orders to the doorsteps of your apartment unit.

No Delivery will be left unattended at the customer’s residence or business.

Your order is brought to you by our professional delivery team who are often complimented for their friendliness to go out of the way to make your grocery experience perfect.

Subject to availability of delivery slots, same-day delivery might be available for orders placed before 1.00 p.m. Please note that product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual items delivered.

All deliveries are subject to delivery charges as per the current and posted delivery rate chart.

Return & Refunds

We strive to provide you with best-in-class products and services. We take every effort to ensure the quality of the merchandise we deliver is of the highest caliber and meets your expectations. Your complete satisfaction with all items purchased from us is paramount to our organization. However, due to the prevailing situation under COVID-19 watch, and in the interest of the health and safety of consumers and our team members, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges at the time.

Some exceptions may apply under our sole discretion for selected food items or food products that might not be suitable for consumption. In such unlikely circumstances please contact us immediately and one of our team members will be happy to assist you. We reserve the right to ask you for the original receipt, product tag, and packaging and may decline your request without explanation.
