We deliver to both residents and businesses in Wellawatte and surrounding areas in Colombo south and the vicinity for a nominal fee. Please see the delivery chart for applicable fees.

Our goal is to complete all shipments to these areas within 24 hours from the time your order is confirmed by us. These estimates may change slightly for certain shipments if we experience a higher-than-normal volume of orders and shipments placed or scheduled for delivery during the weekends and holidays.

Your order is brought to you by members of our professional delivery team who are often complimented for their friendliness and for going out of the way to make your grocery experience seamless. You or your designated recipient must be present to receive the order at the gates or the main entrance of your apartment building on the ground floor. Due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, we are unable to bring your orders to the doorsteps of your apartment unit.

A call is placed before scheduled delivery to confirm that we are on our way. It is your responsibility to ensure, you or your designated recipient is available to accept deliveries that are scheduled and confirmed. Additional charges may apply to failed or unattended deliveries. No delivery will be left unattended at the customer’s residence or business.

All items must be accounted for and checked against the delivery slip or invoices and must be signed off by you or by your designated recipient. Chakra2Go, or our delivery staff, or any member of our delivery partners will not be responsible for missing items once the delivery is received and signed off.

Subject to availability, same-day delivery might be available for orders placed before 1.00 p.m.
